Shipping policy
Free standard shipping on all domestic orders above $150. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please allow 2-3 standard business days for your order to process. Standard operating business days are Monday through Friday.
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Shipping labels are generated according to what is input by the client on the order’s shipping information. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes. Wendy Ayala Skin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.
In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund.
